Standard Platform Terms

  • Eligibility
    • The users represent and warrant that they are a person of legal age to form a binding contract, in accordance with the applicable laws of the territory/country from where they are accessing the Platform.
    • Crowdsol makes no representation about their eligibility to use the Platform or that their use of the Platform is in accordance with applicable law.
    • The users can use the platform for somebody else, but Crowdsol does not assume any liability.
    • 3rd party Integrations are provided as a courtesy and not a service.
  • Renewal Process
    • Monthly and annual packages are automatically renewed at the end of each subscription period.
    • User can disable auto-renewal from settings.
    • “next month. (Exception: If the package start date is the last day of the current month, the package will be renewed on the last day of the next month.)
    • If the user’s package is annual, the package will be renewed on the same day of the next year. (Exception: If the package start date is the last day of the month, the package will be renewed on the last day of the same month of next year.)
  • Upgrade
    • The users can upgrade their packages or purchase Add-Ons at any time during their subscription period when Crowdsol successfully charges the subscriber’s payment method for the increased fees.
    • Upgrades will be effective immediately and reset the package’s renewal date according to the new package.
    • Crowdsol will give the prorated difference (based on the number of days left in the user’s current package period) as a discount to the new package price in payment.
    • As for add-ons, there are 2 different situations as below:
      • If the upgrading is from annual to annual or monthly to monthly
      • There is no change for the add-on, it will continue with the new package.
    • If the upgrading is from monthly to annual, the user can choose a way for add-on during the upgrade.
      • Cancellation of the add-on and use add-on as a prorated discount in upgrade
      • Upgrade add-on renewal period to annual and pay additional price for the annual add-on. (Unused days of monthly add-on will be used as a prorated discount)
    • No upgrade option for the annual package to the monthly package.
    • Crowdsol will give the prorated difference (based on the number of days left in the user’s current package period) as a discount to the new package price in payment in case of upgrading.
  • Downgrade
    • Downgrades from one plan to another during the subscription period is not allowed.
    • All subscription plans and purchases are billed on a monthly or annual basis and are non-refundable.
    • The users can downgrade their Subscription Plan or Add-Ons during a Subscription Period, but such downgrades will not become effective until the end of the current Subscription Period
    • The users will not receive a refund or credit for such a downgrade or reduction of features.
    • When the users revert their package to the free package, the users must remove admins before the downgraded renewal Subscription Period begins.
    • If the users do not remove admins or other over-limit criteria, Crowdsol shows a warning pop-up and the users have to choose which admins do they want to continue with.
    • Downgrading Subscription Plan may cause loss of content, features, or functionality of the Service available to the users, and Crowdsol accepts no liability for such loss.
  • Cancellation
    • The subscription can be canceled until the last day (for monthly packages)/30 days (For annual packages) before the end of the package.
    • Canceling a subscription will revert users’ subscription back to a Free Plan if available at the end of the term of the subscription. Data and recordings will be removed 7 days later after the end of the subscription period. (The free plan does not include the ability to data storage.)
    • Crowdsol does not offer prorated refunds for canceled subscriptions and purchases, as such requests for cancellation are effective only after the end of the Subscription Plans.
    • Cancellation of Subscription Plan may cause loss of content, features, or functionality of the Service available to the users, and Crowdsol accepts no liability for such loss.
    • Planner/organizer is responsible for notifying, refunding tickets, or attending a canceled event.
  • Ticket sales over the platform
    • Crowdsol offers a ticket sales service for event managers.
    • Crowdsol and payment provider take fees for ticket sales.
    • If an organizer issues a full refund to the attendee, the entire amount the attendee paid gets refunded which means that the organizer will incur some losses.
    • Crowdsol and Payment Provider keep all associated ticket fees and organizer will need to bear this cost.
  • Other Fees
    • All fees and Taxes set forth in the invoices are due within 14 days of invoice date, unless otherwise agreed in the Order.
    • Crowdsol will invoice the additional Registrations or Team Member Seats used over Your allotment (“Overage Fees”). Overage Fees are due within 14 days of invoice date.
    • In addition to any applicable late fees or charges, any unpaid principal balance shall accrue interest at the rate of 2% per month, or the highest rate of interest permitted by law, whichever is lower, starting fourteen (14) days after notice to You that payment is delinquent until the balance is paid. Crowdsol may initiate a collection process or legal action to collect any money owed. You agree to pay all our costs for such action, including any reasonable attorneys’ fees.
  • Termination
    • For seven (7) calendar days after the effective date of termination or expiration of this Agreement, Your Event Content will be available to You for export or download as provided in the Documentation.
    • After seven (7) days, Crowdsol has no obligation to maintain or provide the Event Content and may delete Your Event Content unless prohibited by Law.
  • Warranty
    • Crowdsol does not assume any liability or make any warranties or guarantees of any kind, express, legal, or implied, arising out of, in connection with, or with respect to any user content or events.
